Procedure:
It`s very easy to make lemon zest. Take yellow lemon/lime and wash them multiple times in water. Pat dry and with the help of a peeler start grating the peel of the lemon. You can use a zester/grater/ even a sharp knife to zest the lemon but be careful while using sharp knife. The lemon zest can be used for many recipes like baking etc.
